YONI NOVA
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 28, 2026
Last Updated: August 28, 2026
Yoni Nova ("Yoni Nova," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Yoni Nova collects, uses, discloses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or use yoninova.com, purchase our products, create an account, communicate with us, interact with our advertisements or marketing, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy also explains privacy choices and rights available to consumers, including rights that may apply under California, other U.S. state, and European privacy laws.
1. Privacy at a Glance
Yoni Nova is designed to give visitors meaningful control over non-essential tracking.
Our consent approach
Where consent is required, Yoni Nova's consent-management system is designed so that non-essential advertising, analytics, and similar tracking technologies do not activate until the applicable consent is provided. You may decline or manage non-essential tracking through our privacy controls.
Global Privacy Control
Yoni Nova recognizes qualifying Global Privacy Control ("GPC") and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required. When a qualifying opt-out preference signal is received, Yoni Nova processes the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as applicable. California regulators identify GPC as a valid mechanism for exercising the right to opt out of sale or sharing.
Privacy choices
You may use our privacy controls to manage certain tracking technologies and exercise applicable privacy choices. You may also submit privacy requests using the methods described below.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Yoni Nova, we may collect the following categories of personal information.
A. Identifiers
• name;
• email address;
• postal, shipping, and billing address;
• telephone number;
• account identifiers;

• similar identifying information.
B. Commercial Information

• shopping-cart activity;
• purchase history;

• customer-service history.
C. Financial Information
Payment card information and payment/transaction details processed by Shopify Payments and our payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• referring URL and pages viewed;
• interaction with the Services and timestamps;
• approximate location derived from IP address; and
• information about interactions with our website.
E. Geolocation Information
Depending on the technology used and your settings, we may collect approximate location information derived from IP address or similar technical information. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation information through the Services unless specifically disclosed and permitted.
F. Inferences
We may derive information from interactions with the Services, such as preferences, interests, or likely product interests.
G. Customer Communications
If you contact Yoni Nova, we may collect information contained in your communications.
H. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content, we may collect that content.
I. Sensitive Personal Information
Certain information may qualify as sensitive personal information under applicable law depending on the circumstances. Yoni Nova does not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless reasonably necessary for a disclosed business purpose. Please do not submit medical information, diagnoses, prescription information, or other sensitive health information through website forms, reviews, chat, email, or other channels unless specifically requested and necessary for customer service.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Services, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies. These technologies may collect information concerning:
• browser and device;
• IP address;
• pages viewed and referring websites;
• website interactions;
• approximate location;
• products viewed and shopping activity;
• advertising interactions; and
• technical performance.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Essential technologies
These technologies may be necessary for website operation, shopping-cart functionality, checkout, account authentication, fraud prevention, security, and other functionality necessary to provide requested services.
Non-essential technologies
Depending on your selections and applicable law, non-essential technologies may include analytics, advertising, conversion measurement, personalization, social-media technologies, and cross-context behavioral advertising technologies.
Where consent is required, Yoni Nova's consent-management system is designed to prevent applicable non-essential technologies from activating before consent. You may accept or decline non-essential technologies through the cookie consent banner presented when you visit the Services. You may also exercise opt-out choices through qualifying opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) and the privacy-choice mechanisms described in this Policy, including the data-sharing opt-out page made available where required by law.
5. Advertising and Analytics Technologies
Yoni Nova may use third-party advertising and analytics technologies to understand website performance, measure advertising effectiveness, and promote Yoni Nova products. These technologies may include services provided by companies such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Shopify, as well as other analytics providers, advertising providers, and business partners. The specific technologies used may change over time. Yoni Nova configures applicable non-essential advertising and analytics technologies to operate according to the consent and privacy preferences applicable to the visitor.
6. Pre-Consent Tracking
Where consent is legally required, Yoni Nova's consent-management system is designed so that applicable non-essential advertising and analytics technologies do not fire before the required consent is provided. This means that selecting "Decline," where applicable, is intended to prevent the activation of non-essential tracking technologies for which consent is required. Certain strictly necessary technologies may still operate because they are necessary to provide the Services or perform a requested transaction.
7. Your Privacy Choices
You may have several ways to control the collection and use of information, including: accepting non-essential tracking; declining non-essential tracking; managing individual categories of tracking; submitting an opt-out request; using Global Privacy Control; exercising applicable rights; and unsubscribing from marketing communications. Yoni Nova does not design privacy choices to intentionally steer consumers toward accepting tracking. Privacy choices are presented in a clear and balanced manner.
8. Global Privacy Control
Yoni Nova recognizes qualifying Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals where required by applicable law. When Yoni Nova receives a qualifying GPC signal, we process it as an opt-out preference signal for the sale or sharing of personal information to the extent required by applicable law. Where required, the signal is intended to apply to the browser or device from which it is received. If you wish to make an opt-out request independently of GPC, you may use the privacy-choice mechanism provided on the website or contact us using the information below. California regulators specifically recognize GPC as a mechanism for exercising the right to opt out of sale or sharing.
9. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Certain advertising or analytics activities may constitute "selling" or "sharing" of personal information under California law even when Yoni Nova does not receive monetary payment for the information. For example, certain technologies used for cross-context behavioral advertising may involve disclosure of identifiers or online activity information to advertising partners. Where applicable, Yoni Nova provides consumers with the ability to opt out of sale or sharing. Yoni Nova will honor qualifying opt-out preference signals, including GPC, as required by law. After receiving a valid opt-out request, Yoni Nova will not knowingly sell or share personal information in a manner prohibited by the applicable opt-out requirement, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
10. Categories of Personal Information Used for Advertising
Depending on the technologies enabled and your privacy choices, information potentially used for advertising or measurement may include identifiers, IP address, online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, products viewed, interactions with advertisements, approximate location, purchase or conversion information, and inferences concerning interests or preferences. The actual information disclosed depends on the technology, your consent, your privacy settings, and applicable law.
11. Purposes for Collecting Personal Information
Yoni Nova may collect and use personal information to: provide products and services; process orders and payments; ship products; communicate with customers; provide customer service; maintain accounts and authenticate users; prevent fraud and protect security; operate and improve the website; understand product demand; conduct analytics; measure advertising; provide personalized experiences; send marketing communications where permitted; administer promotions; process returns and refunds; comply with legal obligations; enforce agreements; and exercise or defend legal rights.
12. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), we process personal information under the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract — to process and fulfill your orders, provide the Services, and manage your account.
Consent — for non-essential cookies and tracking technologies and for marketing communications. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Legitimate interests — to secure, operate, and improve the Services and to prevent fraud, balanced against your rights and interests.
Compliance with legal obligations — to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
13. Sources of Personal Information
We may obtain personal information from you; your browser or device; your interactions with the Services; Shopify and other commerce providers; payment processors; shipping providers; advertising platforms; analytics providers; social-media platforms; customer-service systems; fraud-prevention providers; service providers; and other sources permitted by law.
14. How We Disclose Personal Information
Service providers
Companies that help operate the business, such as hosting providers, ecommerce providers, payment processors, shipping providers, customer-service providers, email providers, SMS providers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, and technology providers.
Advertising and measurement partners
Where permitted and subject to your privacy choices, information may be disclosed to advertising and measurement partners, who use it under their own privacy notices.
Legal and regulatory authorities
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or defend legal claims.
Business transfers
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
15. Service Providers and Contractors
Yoni Nova may use service providers and contractors to perform business functions. Where applicable law requires contractual restrictions, Yoni Nova seeks to require service providers and contractors to use personal information only for authorized purposes and consistent with applicable privacy requirements.
16. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them, and information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located outside the country in which you reside. To provide certain enhanced features, Shopify may use data obtained from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify itself; in those circumstances Shopify is responsible for that processing, including for responding to requests to exercise rights over that use. To learn more about how Shopify uses personal information and any rights you may have, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.
17. Data Retention
Yoni Nova retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide products and services; maintain transaction records; comply with legal obligations; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; prevent fraud; maintain security; exercise legal rights; and satisfy accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the type and purpose of information. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
18. International Data Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside the country in which you live, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK equivalent, unless the destination country has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
19. Security
Yoni Nova uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and accordingly Yoni Nova cannot guarantee absolute security.
20. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under eighteen (18). Yoni Nova does not knowingly collect personal information from children under eighteen through the Services. In addition, and to the extent applicable, Yoni Nova does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age without the affirmative authorization (opt-in) required by California law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Yoni Nova, contact us so that we can evaluate and, where appropriate, delete the information.
21. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended, depending on whether and how the law applies to Yoni Nova. These rights may include:
Right to Know — request information concerning the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and applicable disclosures.
Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information, subject to statutory exceptions.
Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — request that Yoni Nova stop selling or sharing personal information, exercisable through a website privacy-choice mechanism or a qualifying opt-out preference signal such as GPC.
Right to Limit — where applicable, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
Right to Non-Discrimination — Yoni Nova will not discriminate against consumers for exercising rights protected by applicable law.
California's current privacy guidance confirms these rights and specifically states that businesses cannot require consumers to waive CCPA rights.
22. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have privacy rights similar to those described above under laws in states including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. You may exercise available rights using the methods described in this Privacy Policy, and where required we honor qualifying opt-out preference signals, including GPC.
23. EEA and UK Privacy Rights
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to access your personal information; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to certain processing; obtain data portability; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. For the EEA, a list of supervisory authorities is available from the European Data Protection Board. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Yoni Nova is the controller of your personal information.
24. How to Submit a Privacy Request
You may submit a privacy request using any of the methods listed in the “Contact Us” section below or through the privacy-request mechanism provided on the Yoni Nova website. Depending on the request, we may need to verify your identity to protect against fraudulent or unauthorized requests. We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a privacy request where applicable law prohibits that requirement.
25. Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit certain privacy requests on your behalf. Yoni Nova may require appropriate documentation establishing the agent's authority and may verify the consumer's identity as permitted by law.
26. Response Times
Yoni Nova will respond to verified privacy requests within the time periods required by applicable law. California's current guidance generally provides a 45-day response period for certain access, deletion, and correction requests, with a possible additional 45-day extension when permitted and properly communicated. Opt-out requests must generally be honored as soon as feasibly possible and within the applicable statutory maximum.
27. Appeals
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, Yoni Nova will provide an appropriate mechanism for submitting an appeal.
28. California Notice at Collection
At or before collection, Yoni Nova may provide additional just-in-time notices describing the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which information will be used. Those notices supplement this Privacy Policy.
29. Do Not Sell or Share / Privacy Choices
Where required by law, Yoni Nova provides a mechanism allowing consumers to opt out of sale or sharing. The website may display a privacy-choice link such as “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” The applicable mechanism allows consumers to exercise the available privacy choice without unnecessary friction. California guidance states that businesses subject to these requirements generally must provide a clear and conspicuous method for exercising the opt-out and must honor qualifying opt-out preference signals.
30. Sensitive Personal Information
Yoni Nova does not intentionally seek sensitive personal information through ordinary website browsing. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information through customer service, reviews, communications, or other channels, Yoni Nova may process it only as reasonably necessary and as permitted by applicable law. Consumers may have additional rights concerning sensitive personal information under applicable privacy law.
31. Marketing Communications and SMS
If you subscribe to marketing communications, Yoni Nova may use your contact information to send promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication.
SMS / text messages
If you enroll in Yoni Nova's SMS/text program (for example, by providing your mobile number and agreeing at checkout or via a sign-up form), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Yoni Nova sends text messages through third-party messaging providers, which may include Klaviyo and Shopify. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Yoni Nova text message, or by using the unsubscribe link where provided; your opt-out request is processed by the messaging platform that sent the message. Reply HELP for help. Full terms are described in the Yoni Nova Mobile Message Terms, and messages sent through a third-party provider are also subject to that provider's applicable terms. Yoni Nova does not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop transactional or legally required communications.
32. Privacy and Consent Records
Yoni Nova may maintain records concerning privacy preferences, consent choices, opt-out requests, GPC signals, and related compliance activity. These records may include the date and time of a privacy choice; applicable device or browser information; consent status; categories selected; opt-out status; GPC status; transaction-related identifiers; and information reasonably necessary to document compliance. Such records may be retained as reasonably necessary for compliance, security, dispute resolution, and legal purposes.
33. Changes to Privacy Technology
The technologies used by Yoni Nova may change over time. Yoni Nova may add, remove, replace, or modify analytics, advertising, security, ecommerce, or other technologies. When material changes affect privacy practices, Yoni Nova will update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notice where required by law.
34. Third-Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. Yoni Nova is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. You should review the privacy policies of third-party websites before providing personal information.
35. Other Laws Do Not Limit Your Rights
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights provided under other applicable federal, state, or local privacy laws. If another law provides greater privacy protections, those protections may apply.
