Returns 


Please note that due to the intimate nature of Yoni Nova products, all sales are final. 

Only under special circumstances, returns/store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our customer service manager prior to shipping products back to us, within 14 calendar days after your order was placed.

Packages that are unclaimed by international customers at their country's customs  department are the customer's responsibility.  

Customers are responsible for postage on returns.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

It is against federal law to re-sell personal products, so we cannot accept any products that looks worn or altered in any way or any packages that have been opened.  Any returned packages must remain unopened for a refund to be considered.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unused items within 24 hours of receipts. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items.
