ALL DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS TAKE 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS (Holidays and Weekends are not included)
First Class Package 5-8 Business days
Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS from the date that we ship out your order (times may vary)
Please note that our items are custom made by Yoni Nova in California.
We strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, and we offer greatly reduced shipping rates on multiple item orders. Expedited shipping is available and can be added/ calculated upon checkout. Please note, expedited shipping expedites only the shipping service, not our order turnaround.
Order Processing time is 2-3 business days to allow USPS time to pick up packages and scan them into their system.
US SHIPPING
Orders to the US are shipped via USPS, using First Class mail or Priority Mail.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you. You are responsible for monitoring your packages status as we will email you a tracking link once your order ships out from our facility.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
International Orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail or DHL. This offers tracking and approximately 7-10 days in transit.
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Yoni Nova nor are they set by Yoni Nova rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as a gift.
To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our tiny little business would not be able to handle. We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
Why Do I Need To Pay Reshipping Fee For Parcels Returned Due To Shipping Issues?
Depending on the return reason, we may or may not charge you with the re-shipping cost if you would like us to replace your parcel.
The following return reasons require a reshipping fee (if you would like us to resend your parcel):
Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by the recipient;
Insufficient/ Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address; or moved during the time that they ordered
Unclaimed - Parcels left in local customs and post office and was not claimed during the allotted time.
